My Son in Law ordered flowers for his wife, my daughter for her birthday on the 13th February, to be delivered at 1pm in the afternoon at her work place,
I was half way home from work & my daughter called to say that my son in law had received an email saying they had been delivered to her place of work, so I detoured back to her work place & there was no flowers there….
I called them, only to be told, they had been ordered but in fact had not been delivered.
The young lass apologised and asked if they could call my daughter, & apologise personally & then to deliver them to her.
Considering they were ordered yesterday & the card read happy birthday!!! thats very unproffesional…. not happy.
